What is the hotel Deposit Policy?
All reservations require a credit card as form of guarantee. A deposit of the 1st night’s room and tax is required at the time of booking. Please refer to specific guarantee and deposit policies on rate plans. No credit card modifications allowed, please refer to the property.

Will the hotel store luggage/baggage before check-in or after check-out?
Our bellmen are able store baggage before check-in and after check-out, complimentary.

Public Access:

Amenities: Amenities such as the spa, pool, bar, and dining options are for guests only. The Marketplace encourages local and guest access through the Kings Landing Blvd. entrance.

Day Passes: Isla Bella offers a limited number of day passes throughout the week and on some holidays. Reserve a Holiday Day Pass here.

Day Passes include the following: 

  • Check-in at any time starting at 9AM at the front desk and enjoy the pool & beach areas until sunset.
  • Beach Bar Access: 12PM-11PM
  • Spa: 9AM-3PM (reservations recommended)

Is there a daily resort fee charged during our stay?
Yes, it is $46/day plus tax.

Yes. Rooms are confirmed for the number of adults and children selected at the time of booking. If you are traveling with more than 2 adults in your party, an extra adult fee of $30/night plus tax applies.

Yes, the overnight guest parking fee is $28.00 + tax

Is there a fee for guests to park on property when visiting a guest of the hotel?
Yes, visitor day parking is $10.00 + tax

All rooms & suites at Isla Bella are 100% non-smoking. There are no smoking rooms available. There is no smoking on property.

Are there accessible rooms on property?
Isla Bella offers accessible rooms and suites with handicap accessible showers and tubs. We also offer accessible rooms with features for the hearing impaired.
