Isla Bella Beach Resort Reservation Policies
Reservations:
Reservations for Isla Bella Beach Resort can be made by telephone or online. A room is not reserved until a credit card has been obtained for deposit. Please note: upon confirmation of your reservation, you are obligated for the deposit, as outlined below. A confirmation email will be sent to you. Should you not receive a confirmation email please contact us.
Deposit and Payment:
All deposits will be charged at the time of booking and applies to any and all date(s) of your reservation. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. If you plan on using a gift certificate, please let us know at the time of booking.
*Note: Early departures will incur an additional fee of one night’s room and tax being charged to the card on file.
Cancellation Policies:
We understand that plans can change, and we aim to make our policies as clear and straightforward as possible. All cancellation timeframes are based on arrival date and 4:00 p.m. EST. If you find it necessary to change or cancel your reservation, please note our standard cancellation policy requires a minimum of 7 days’ notice to receive a refund of your deposit. Special sales and limited-time offers including, but not limited to Pay in Advance, require a 100% deposit and are completely non-refundable regardless of cancellation date.
Standard Cancellation Policy: 7 Days*
Most reservations may be cancelled 7 days or more before arrival for a full refund of your deposit. Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will result in loss of the deposit.
*Holiday Exceptions: For stays arriving December 24 through January 2, a 14-day notice is required for a refund.
Pay in Advance Offer: Non-Refundable
Pay in Advance bookings offer great savings but require full prepayment and are non-refundable. These reservations cannot be changed or cancelled without forfeiting the deposit.

30 Day Cancellation: Group Social Celebrations, Wedding Group Rate, Leisure Sales Block
21 Day Cancellation: Christmas in July, Cyber Sale, Loyalty Event, Spring Equinox Sale

Taxes & Fees:
A resort fee of $47 per night plus tax, 2% Destination Fee, and a 1% Social Impact Fee are applied to all room reservations.
Our Destination Fee is collected to help support Isla Bella’s programming, activities, events, sustainability efforts. Our Social Impact Fee is dedicated to enhancing the lives of our associates, the environment, and the communities in which we live.
Errors and Omissions:
Our website and booking engine may contain technical inaccuracies and typographical errors, including but not limited to inaccuracies relating to pricing or availability applicable to your transaction. Isla Bella does not assume responsibility or liability for any such inaccuracies, errors or omissions. We reserve the right to make changes, corrections, and/or improvements to our website and booking engine, and to the products and programs described in such information, at any time without notice, including after confirmation of a transaction.
