R&R Retreat Itinerary

As we begin to reimagine what life would feel like in the new world we will rebuild, we reflect on the past year, the challenges we have overcome, and the opportunities that were generated. What we’ve learned collectively is to remain open to life’s unpredictable flux, and to possibilities that only become available when we surrender, allow, trust and accept what arises.

R&R is traditionally an abbreviation for Rest & Recreation, but during this deep two-day dive into the Self, we would like to take this idea a step further.

Release & Receive

During our joint adventure, we will explore the openings that emerge when we agree to let go of old narratives. In that vein, we will also use our quality time together to restore, reveal, and recreate our desired realities.

4:00 pm – 5:00 pm: The Big Release: Intention Setting + Opening Ceremony (Pelican Point)
5:00 pm -7:00 pm: WOOM Breath Experience (Event Center)
7:30 pm: Sunset + Dinner (Pelican Point)
9:00 pm -10:00 pm: Bonfire Bonding

Saturday 5/15

7:30 am – 8:30 am: Light Breakfast + Coffee + Snacks (Marketplace)
9:30 am -11:00 am: WOOM Yoga Experience (Pelican Point)
11:30 am – 1:00 pm: Brunch (Il Postino)
12:30 pm – 4:00 pm: Free Time + Optional Group Activity
4:00 pm – 5:00 pm: Time to Receive: Intention Setting (Pier)
5:00 pm – 7:30 pm: White WOOM Sound Experience (Event Center)
7:30 pm: Sunset + Dinner (Pelican Point)
9:00 pm: Rejoice: Dance Party (Pelican Point)
