Spa Policies & Procedures
Massage and body treatments are available to guests aged 18 and older. There is a youth menu for guests 10 years and older. Youth must have their parent or guardian sign a liability release form and in certain circumstances be present during the spa experience.
Expectant mothers must be in their second trimester (13 weeks or later) to receive spa services.
Locals are always welcome! Show your Monroe County photo ID at checkout for a 10% discount on spa services.
We recommend that you schedule your spa experiences in advance. A credit card is required to hold your reservations(s). If you need to cancel or reschedule, we require 24-hour notice. Appointments canceled, changed or rescheduled less than 24 hours will be billed at 100% of each service.
We suggest that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to allow ample time to check in. As a courtesy to other guests following your appointment, late arrivals will receive the remaining available appointment time.
You are responsible for the full-service fee. A 24% service charge will be added to each service at check out, ensuring appropriate gratuity for each service provider.
