In response to an order issued by Monroe County Florida to limit exposure to the Coronavirus in the Florida Keys, Isla Bella Beach Resort will temporarily suspend all operations effective at 6 PM on Sunday, March 22, 2020.
The closure will remain in effect until further notice and will be re-evaluated every day. We are closely monitoring the rapidly changing situation of COVID-19 and we look forward to sharing an update with you on when we will reopen.
A limited number of employees and management will remain at the property to secure and maintain the facility.
For those with existing reservations, please see our updated policies below:
Reservations starting 03/22/2020-05/22/2020:
All reservations scheduled to stay between 03/22/2020 – 05/22/2020, will be canceled and fully refunded.
Existing Reservations beyond 05/22/2020:
Domestic/ International: All reservations even those described as non-cancellable (“Advanced Purchase”) – scheduled to arrive before June 30th, 2020, can be changed or canceled at no charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled arrival.
