Join us at Isla Bella for a fun & educational guided run on the famous Seven Mile Bridge! The newly opened pedestrian stretch of the bridge spans for 2.2 miles and offers walkers, joggers & bicyclists an unparalleled view of Marathon & beyond. Guests of Isla Bella have the unique opportunity to run alongside David Castro, an experienced running guide. Castro has lived in Marathon, FL for the past 14 years. He has completed two 118-mile Ultra races, 10 100-mile races & more! He says his biggest accomplishment is completing a 368-mile journey over seven days to bring awareness to mental health. Weekly guided run details: Every Saturday beginning at 8 am; resort guests should meet at the Marketplace by 7:45 am The resort will provide backpacks with water It is a 4.5-mile run but participants can join for however long they choose Guests do not have to sign up ahead of time, just wear comfortable shoes & be ready to go!

From magicians, to LED pool performers, and everything in between, Isla Bella is the place to be for entertainment and fun.   “The Dangerfun Show” stars the incredible Ian and his lovely assistant. It will feature magic, mind-reading, levitations, vanishes, juggling, and dangerously-fun fire tricks.  Since learning his first magic trick from his Grandfather at an early age, Ian has dedicated his life to the performing arts. He served 3 years on the board of directors of the international Juggler’s Association. He cofounded community out reach programs that teach juggling and flow arts in parks and schools.  He works as a full time magician in Miami during the winter and performs abroad in the summers. What is it like to meet a mermaid? Time to find out! Bring the whole family out to enjoy this unique experience during your stay with us. Mermaid Dorian has washed ashore to spend the afternoon under the sun at Isla Bella Beach Resort! You can join her for a 90-minute magical mermaid open swim at the Resort Pool, and all ages are welcome to participate. Come dressed up in your mermaid/merman attire, with cameras in hand for a once in a lifetime mermaid encounter with a real Florida Keys mermaid! Gather in the shallow end for stories of the ocean deep, and tales of the treasures she’s discovered exploring the shipwrecked Spanish galleons that rest off-shore. “Once Upon a Key” Mermaid Encounter will be a splashing fun time, and a memory of the magical Florida Keys that your family will treasure for years to come! Parents of the participating “guppies” are encouraged to be in close proximity to the pool area for extra safety.
