Mermaid Encounter

What is it like to meet a mermaid? Time to find out! Bring the whole family out to enjoy this unique experience during your stay with us.

Mermaid Dorian has washed ashore to spend the afternoon under the sun at Isla Bella Beach Resort! You can join her for a 90-minute magical mermaid open swim at the Resort Pool, and all ages are welcome to participate. Come dressed up in your mermaid/merman attire, with cameras in hand for a once in a lifetime mermaid encounter with a real Florida Keys mermaid!

Gather in the shallow end for stories of the ocean deep, and tales of the treasures she’s discovered exploring the shipwrecked Spanish galleons that rest off-shore. “Once Upon a Key” Mermaid Encounter will be a splashing fun time, and a memory of the magical Florida Keys that your family will treasure for years to come!

Parents of the participating “guppies” are encouraged to be in close proximity to the pool area for extra safety.

Mermaid tails are encouraged but not necessary to participate
